इन केन्द्रों में मतदान दिवस पर जरूरी व्यवस्थाएँ कर आदर्श मतदान केन्द्र बनाया जा सकता है। मतदान केन्द्र भवन के भू-तल पर बनायें। प्रवेश द्वार को तोरण द्वार, रंगोली, गुब्बारों एवं फूलों आदि से सजायें।
मतदाताओं के लिए छायादार प्रतीक्षा कक्ष, बैठने के लिए कुर्सियाँ/स्वच्छ दरी आदि की व्यवस्था करें। पेयजल, शौचालय की व्यवस्था और सुगम पहुँच मार्ग बनायें।
त्रि-स्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव एवं नगरीय निकाय निर्वाचन के लिए राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा चुनाव (chunav) एप बनाया है। इस एप से नागरिक नगरीय निकाय और पंचायत चुनाव संबंधी जरूरी जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। देवास जिले के लोगों को चुनाव (chunav) एप से जानकारी मिलेगी।

देवास जिले में त्रि-स्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव दो चरणों में संपन्न कराया जाएगा। प्रथम चरण का मतदान बागली, कन्नौद तथा खातेगांव विकासखण्ड में 25 जून तथा द्वितीय चरण में देवास, सोनकच्छ और टोंकखुर्द में 01 जुलाई को मतदान कराया जायेगा। मतदान सुबह 7 बजे से अपरान्ह 3 बजे तक होगा।
पंचायत निर्वाचन मतपत्र और मतपेटी द्वारा करवाया जाएगा। पंच-सरपंच तथा जनपद पंचायत सदस्य के लिये निर्वाचन परिणाम की घोषणा 14 जुलाई और जिला पंचायत सदस्य के लिये 15 जुलाई को होगी।
