...the body along Mashamba River in Makima location, Mbeere South. One suspect; 25-year-old Michael Muthini Mutunga who is suspected to have kidnapped the Priest, KILLED & then buried his body at the said place, is in lawful custody & helping Detectives in further investigations.
The exhumation was made possible following an application by @DCI_Kenya Detectives for an exhumation order from the Principal Magistrate’s Court in Siakago. The body which was found stashed in a sack was exhumed under the guidance & instructions of a Pathologist from @MOH_Kenya.
NOTORIOUS Armed Robber; David Gitau KIMANI who has been terrorizing residents of Tigoni, Kiambu was today morning shot dead by #SCPU Detectives after his Hide Out in Kariobangi South was uncovered following intelligence from the Public. #Pistol with 18 Rounds of Ammos recovered.
Gitau, who was in a rental house near Dr. Mwenje Sch with an unidentified female, was ordered to Open the Door & Surrender for arrest. Defying it, he fired 8 Rounds prompting the officers to fire back. As a result, the two were fatally injured.
The suspect was WANTED by @DCI_Kenya in connection to various MURDERS & violent ROBBERIES including one in Limuru where Mr. Simon NJEGERE,an Agrovet businessman was shot dead at his home in Tarabana area & an unknown amount of money stolen from him-Triggering a public Protest.👇🏿

One of the most #wanted suspect;Kelson Lienga alias Kevin Lienga was today arrested in Kawangware by @DCI_Kenya Detectives.The suspect is connected to a series of crimes in western including robbery w/violence & defilement. Suspect in lawful custody awaiting arraignment in court.
In 2017, the suspect was involved in a series of robberies & serious assault including one in #Sabatia in which he chopped off the leg of one of his victims. He was arrested, taken to court, tried and convicted(in absentia)to 20yrs after failing to attend court on judgement day
On 26th February and 10th April 2019, the suspect was connected in a series of violent robberies & organized crimes including one in which a 14-Year-old girl was defiled. The suspect is directly linked to all these crimes and has been at large ever since he failed to attend court
#SCPU Detectives yesterday intercepted a Motor Vehicle along Mpaka road in Parklands on suspicion of having Fake registration numbers & arrested two suspects; Ms. Faith Harrison & Mr.Harrison Kungu. Documents in their possession showed different registration. To be charged Today.
A quick search of the vehicle recovered Cash, several US Dollars with #UN stamp and other items. Ms.Faith claimed to be on secondment from National Treasury to County govt of Kiambu as Chief Officer Finance and Mr. Kungu claimed to be an employee of Kiambu County.
The two suspects both denied that they owned the Cash that was found in the vehicle. Further investigations are ongoing.
