Carlos González viene de su zafra más discreta desde 2009 y hoy tiene 32 años de edad. Aun así firmó con un equipo con mucha profundidad en los jardines por más dinero (8 millones de dólares) que el que le garantiza @Royals a Mike Moustakas por 2018. Gran acuerdo para el zuliano.
Es esta una época en la cual no suele haber concesiones en el mercado para peloteros de 30 o más años de edad. Por eso la dificultad de conseguir contratos multianuales aun en quienes muestran un pasado exitoso. Es lógico pensar que las zafras más productivas en ellos ya pasaron.
El otro asunto es que hoy en @MLB los peloteros alcanzan el estrellato siendo más jóvenes. Ahora llegan a @LasMayores mejor formados. Eso también atenta contra los de más edad. Por todo eso veo como positiva esa cifra de 8 millones de dólares para CarGo por 2018. #Rockies
