1/I was checking out Modules for an Enterprise Blockchain (permissioned) certificate. Only 4 solutions were mentioned by name: #Ethereum , #HyperledgerFabric (@IBM), @inside_r3 and @Ripple. The first 3 are Enterprise Blockchain Platforms. @Ripple, is for Trade Finance.
2/Most ppl don't realize, Ethereum has an Enterprise version. While it can be tailored for individual business needs, the gas fees are still prohibitive.

I have been calling for some action on the #quorum the rule being moved out of Rules Committee appears to have Art. I issues.

I'm not sure how the proxy rule changes that and the #SCOTUS may void Acts.

If all but three house members are killed two could conduct business. I think Obama's NLRB recess appointment case shows how the GOP dominated #SCOTUS is likely to rule on legislation passed under this rule. I think a rule that allows the Quorum to be established remotely works.
The quorum is in the Constitution as "a Majority." It doesn't say anything about where Congress must meet. I think a 435 person Zoom-like event should be used along with this rule just to button it up. I need to think of any other ways to to it but I think that would work.
1. House & Senate need to consider how to deal with the #quorum if, as I expect, most, if not all, members will be infected. In particular the ages and predominance of male members in the Senate makes them a very high risk group IMO.
