I have always looked at Life as the opportunity we all have to “Solve a Series of Problems”. This #Mindset has made it easier for me to always think of a Problem hard enough that I can attempt a new way of solving it without feeling the pressure of existing ways.
I totally do not believe that Citizens are Powerless. I firmly believe that every Citizen is more Powerful than they realize. Even under military rule when I was younger, the thought of powerlessness never crossed my mind.

As VP at the World Bank, one of the innovations I proudly launched with our Team was the Diaspora Program (DP). It was in strong recognition that Africa’s Human Resources abroad must not be disconnected from its Development process. #Fight4Naija
That DP went on to have so much impact within International Development and in countries of Africa - policies, knowledge, partnerships, institutions, remittances, investment etc. #Fight4Naija
I am a Champion of the imperative for every African country to LEVERAGE the capabilities and influence of its Diaspora. They are Africa’s 6th Region. #Fight4Naija

1. WAEC/CAMBRIDGE GCE: - Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge examination in 1961 as his names (Muhammadu, Mohammed or Mohamed Buhari) is not in the UK Examination List from 1960-1962
