The man who dismantled India's Licence Raj, opened up relations with Israel, adopted a Look East Policy. P.V.Narasimha Rao took over as PM, when India was faced with multiple challenges both on political and economic front in 1991.
Assasination of Rajiv Gandhi, Economic crisis, India was facing a bleak scenario, in 1991 when PVNR became the PM. It is to PVNR's credit that when he stepped down as PM in 1996,more people in India were optimistic about their future, more confident. #PVNarasimhaRao

పీవీ నరసింహారావు గారు న్యాయవాది, పాత్రికేయుడు, నిజాంకి వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాడిన స్వాతంత్ర సమరయోధుడు, భారత రాజకీయాల్లో తలపండిన దురంధురుడు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా సేవలు అందించిన ఆయన భారతదేశ ప్రధాని పదవిని అలంకరించిన ఏకైక తెలుగు వ్యక్తి.
తన రాజనీతితో అపర చాణక్యుడిగా పేరొందిన ఆయనను భారతదేశ ఆర్థిక సంస్కరణల పితామహుడిగా కూడా పరిగణిస్తారు. పీవీ గారి సాహితీ అన్వేషణ గమనిస్తే ఆయన బహుభాషా కోవిదుడు, పదిహేడు భాషలు మాట్లాడగలరు. అనేక పుస్తకాల్ని రాశారు, అనువాద రచనలు చేశారు.

(1/2) In fact, it was Rao who employed Dr Manmohan Singh as his Finance Minister and with Rao's mandate, Dr Singh launched historic economic reforms.
(1/3) Here is an anecdote from a parliament session during a discussion on "Demands for Grants" on 26th August 1991. PM Rao was to reply to the debate lead by the opposition.

My tributes to Shri #PVNarasimhaRao Garu, the man who ushered an era of economic reforms in India, the visionary man who dared to establish India's diplomatic relations with Israel, the philosopher-king ( to use the jargon of Plato) of India, he wore many hats.
Also one must not forget the kind of treatment #PVNarasimhaRao Garu was given posthumously by the Congress party only because he dared to challenge the first family of the party.

1985: #Assam Accord was signed whereby #BogibeelBridge was committed by #Congress government led by then Prime Minister late #RajivGandhi. A demand - among many others - that was acknowledged after martyrdom of 855 young students of #Assam
Good Governance is all about bringing change in common people's life. One of the most underrated PM successfully drived the country out from huge crisis which actually created due to the wrong policies of the fake Gandhi family who takes credit of everything & blame everyone else
Without any doubts there were charges of corruption against him, still we cannot forget if today India is a rising sun on the economic horizon, none other than #pvnarasimharao deserves the credit. Several people don't deserve but he definitely deserves Bharat Ratna.
