After 2 years and 7 months I have resigned from my post as the director of #PMPML. My tenure working for the public transportation body has been one of the most rewarding and educating experiences of my life.
Guided by the then CM @Dev_Fadnavis ji, my priority and goal was to provide #eco-friendly transportation for #Pune. Am happy to share that in my tenure we not only procured 990 new buses; none of them are diesel and 150 fully #electric buses are already plying our roads.
500 new buses will be arriving soon to give the much needed impetus to Pune's public transportation.
I would like to thank the management, the staff and workers of #PMPML for their efforts in us achieving our goals.

There was a prolonged demand of citizens to start a direct bus service from #Aundh to #Wagholi. I immediately took this up with my team at the #PMPML and a survey was done. Service on the new route was started today. 
This bus will start from Aundh gaon and will go from Bopodi, Khadki till #Kesnand Phata in Wagholi.
I was overwhelmed by the love shown by the citizens.

were present along with Nitin Bahirat, Gokul kevare ,Shivaji Ranawade, Suresh Chondhe, Shankarrao Chondhe, Anand Zunawane, Yogesh zunawane, Mahendra Zunawane, Nilesh Zunawane, Dharshan Singh Malhotra, Dattaraya Holkar, Yogesh Sonawane & various citizen!
Today, the day we celebrate and honour women, PMPML launched the new ‘Women Special Bus Service’ with 30 new midi ‘Tejaswini’ buses. Tejaswini buses will not only be safe & comfortable but will also have all women conductors.
I am hugely honoured to be the Director of PMPML and be a part of this historic step towards women empowerment. I urge and request all to spread the word and encourage all women in your circle to use the Tejawini Service.
In the coming year PMPML will have on road 500 new electric buses, 800 new standard buses and 200 new Midi Buses that will ease the woes and strength the public transport system for all Punekars. #WomensDay #PMPML
