2- After Aachman, Pavitri karan & Sankalp, invoke all the Devi Devtas,
First of all do Poojan, Snan & Abhishek of #Ganesh ji .

1. Narak Chaturdashi or Narak Chaudas used to be the most memorable day of the Diwali season. Yes, even more exciting than Diwali. The run up to the great day was even more enjoyable than the great festival itself. This was the day some even dreaded a lot.

2. For very early in the morning, before sunrise, the elders in the household would wake up everyone for the sake of taking a coldbath before the Sun would come up. Everyone competed to bathe first even before sunrise.
3. For the last one to take bathe was called ‘Lanka ka Gadha’, the donkey of Lanka. It was supposed to be an activity which would drive away ‘alasya’ or laziness from our lives, both mentally and physically.
Happy Narak Chaturdashi to all of you. The eldest member of family lights a Diya facing South Direction when all family members are inside, shows it too all corners of house and then keeps it at unknown place. With this Diya, all evil vibes too go out. #NarakChaturdashi

#NarakChaturdashi remains one of the fewest occasions when one can pray facing South Direction. The direction of Yama, the Lord of Death and Dharma is South. Prayers are made to Yama for long life of self, near and dear ones and to avoid untimely death.
On #NarakaChaturdashi, Bhagwan Krishna and Devi Satyabhama, his wife, slew Narakasur and freed 16,100 girls captured by him. Many Deepaks are lit on Kali Chaudas (14th night on dark phase, another name of Narak Chaturdashi) to pay respect to these girls. #NarakaChaturdashi2020

Before Ubtan; warm oil must be applied to whole body. Sesame oil is the best recommended for all. Other Ayurvedic oils can be used as well.
