To be clear about the records the government just turned over here: our lawyers requested the government reprocess the 302s in light of Flynn's pardon and unredact details that could now be disclosed.

Now the Justice Department has to start processing and producing to us all the supporting material -- handwritten notes, memos, emails -- that accompanied the 302s. Government attorneys have already indicated there are more than 20K pages.

Background: McFarland was deputy national security adviser under Michael Flynn. Last year, WaPo reported that McFarland had "revised her statement to investigators...after her initial claim was contradicted” by Flynn’s guilty plea.
