Weshalb dieses Spielchen? Weil Mord in der IR vor einem regulären Gericht verhandelt wird, „Korruption auf Erden“ und „Krieg gegen Gott“ vor einem „Revolutionsgericht“. Zudem sieht die Sharia bei Mord vor, dass sich Familien von Opfer und Täter auf eine Zahlung einigen können.
Um eine derartige Einigung/Zahlung zu verunmöglichen, wurde die Anklage „Korruption auf Erden“ erhoben, in der Öffentlichkeit aber permanent Nachrichten über eine angebliche Ermordung gestreut. Sie halten sich nicht einmal an ihr wertloses religiöses „Recht“. #IranRevolution

He didn't have access to a lawyer during his trial and was charged by "corruption on earth".

The radiologist #HamidGharehHasanlou is one of the #IranRevolution prisoners who has been sentenced to the death penalty. He also lost one of his lungs due to torture. Under this condition, he was taken to court to confess to crimes he did not commit. Speak up to save his life!⬇️
