MAJOR UPDATE in our lawsuit AOL v. Wolf. The 9th circuit just prevented the gov from applying the asylum ban to people who were “metered” at the border before 7/16/19! This means thousands of people previously robbed of their legal right to asylum can now apply! #saveasylum

1. In our case against the asylum ban w co-plaintiffs @EBaySanctuary, @ThinkLawLab + @Carecen_LA, Judge Tigar issued a preliminary injunction blocking Trump’s attempt to deny asylum to anyone traveling through MX.

@EBaySanctuary @ThinkLawLab @Carecen_LA 2. Yesterday, in AOL v. McAleenan our case challenging metering + turning away of asylum seekers by CBP, Judge Bashant blocked the gov’s second motion to dismiss. Our case is moving forward!!
