@makemytrip we have booked the package with Makemytrip for travel dates on 29-May-23. Made the full payment, however we weren't appraised of the situation with GoFirst even on the last installment payment on 04-May-23. On 08-May we get a mail asking us to book the flights 1/n
Despite of us completing the payment the mail from @makemytrip reads as attached in the snapshot.
We have booked the package as a whole with @makemytrip more than two months before the travel dates, not parts like flights, hotel or car.

Now @makemytrip can't expect the travellers to book the tickets as the airline fare applicable to individual purchaser and those by the travel/ticketing agents are vastly different (in favour of the agents). There is no PNR number that has been shared by @makemytrip too. 3/n
