2/ At around 22:37, many protesters boarded a Kwun Tong (green) line train at Mong Kok after leaving street clashes with the police. A dispute erupted between protesters and some of the passengers on board as the train entered Prince Edward station.
3/ The dispute then escalated into a confrontation and a man was seen wielding a hammer towards protesters (the man appeared about 8 minutes into the video linked above).
As #Beijing prepares to impose a sweeping #NationalSecurityLaw formally invalidating core #1C2S protections, risks are mounting for #HongKongers & their future.

2. 🇭🇰 Gov & #HKPF has been making efforts to disperse crowd (e.g. deployment of teargas & excessive force) at BEGINNINGS of protests

On my way to #HongKongAirport, #police are getting on buses to check passengers’ boarding pass. One police ask a passenger ‘Why do you have a mask with you?’, the man said he is heading to Disney Land and got off bus. #HongKong #HongKongProtests
At the #HongKongAirport, travellers are lining up to get into the departure hall. At least 30 police are standby here, with another batch at the #Lantau Link Toll Plaza. #HongKong #HongKongProtests
The #HongKongAirport seems very peaceful. There are around 10 police standby inside terminal 1, some passengers told me they arrived couple hours early to avoid delays and traffic. #HongKong #HongKongProtests
