2/We will not repeat lawsuit allegations, which arose from Twitter activity, but assuredly they are baseless.
3/His lawsuit was filed on August 8, 2022, in Circuit Court for City of Alexandria. Although filed almost one month ago, Troye has not been served to commence proceedings. For one thing, the address cited in lawsuit is incorrect.
1/We submitted discovery requests to @CIA, @DHSgov, @USCIS & @StateDept for records re: #Libyan warlord #KhalifaHifter, incl re his US citizenship.

Today, EDVA Fed Judge allowed lawsuit against warlord #KhalifaHifter (or #Haftar) to continue. Last Nov case was stayed pending Dec 2021 #Libyan elections that never occurred & likely will not until 2023.

1/Today we wrote Attorney General #Garland requesting #Biden Administration @TheJusticeDept to open criminal inquiry into war crimes of #Libyan warlord #KhalifaHifter, a US citizen & VA resident. The War Crimes Act of 1996, 18 USC 2441(b), permits prosecution.
