Ultimately Halal uses collective buying power to extract compliance and essentially extract a tax that funds the Islamic Ecosystem.

Big move. The govt APEDA manual required halal, which means the meat industry in india had to be certified by (paid) Islamic clerics. It made no sense for a secular state to mandate a religious rule. There was a big push by original #HinduCharter for this. @zeneraalstuff
This is the most important part. Halal meat mandates that the animal must be slaughtered and the meat processed and labelled only by Muslims. Thus it creates an enormous religion-based employment discrimination in the industry, rendering many Hindu butchers out of business. 
Imagines if Hindus mandated that their food processing must not involve Muslims (e.g. jhatka must be non-Muslims). There'd be a big hue and cry about "fascism" and "discrimination."

Had an opportunity to spend time with #TapanGhosh when I went to give talk on #HinduCharter in Kolkata. He inspired so much loyalty among the youth and had a very clear vision unlike confused Hindus.

The meme of "secularism", which in India stands for promoting world-dominant #ChristoIslam under the garb of "minority rights" has been used to turn the State completely anti-Hindu.

So, as evangelical religions attack Hinduism with hundreds of billions of dollars of funding, the Indian State ALSO funds them via "minority" schemes. At the same time it systematically robs Hindu temples, prevents Hindu education.

The bigger danger than NOTA for BJP will be voter apathy. No one gets "excited" about development. Core emotive issues matter, especially to karyakartas. Unenthused karyakartas will lead to low voter turnout, won't be motivated to get others. Wake up!
People expect development but do not vote on that basis. All the "modernist" ministers in the cabinet can barely get elected. It is the @myogiadityanath and @girirajsinghbjp who get votes. This is then turned into a "development plank" by the unelectable.

More urgency ought to be shown to avoid a bad event from happening in Extremistan compared to avoiding a bad event happening in Mediocristan - Hence we see a large proportion of effort to contain an epidemic or to prevent terrorist activities.

3) Indian Govt confiscation of Hindu temples is 1 of the largest #religionfreedom violation in world. ALL political parties&Judiciary mostly support Hindu temple confiscation. For all practical purpose,Constitution right to freedom of religion is for nonHindus only. #HinduCharter
