So. Mir reicht es jetzt mit einem bestimmten Verhalten in der linken Szene. Einerseits finde ich den Begriff #Covidioten nicht gut. Er arbeitet mit einer Bilderproduktion, die nicht gut ist. Einerseits. Andererseits nervt mich genauso das Abfahren auf "verbotene Wörter".
Einerseits ist #Covidiot wirklich kein guter Begriff. Im Rahmen der Sozialeugenik und Rassenhygiene wurde der Begriff "Idiot" benutzt, um eine Menschengruppe als ^Untermenschen darzustellen, wegzuschließen, zu sterilisieren und schließlich zu töten.
Die Bilderproduktion, die mit #Covidioten einhergeht, kann sich mit der Bilderproduktion des rassenhygienischen "Idioten"-Narrativs verbinden. Damit wird diesem Narrativ zugearbeitet, statt dass es bekämpft wird. Und es wird ein schräges Bild der Coronaleugner gezeichnet.

Lo primero que hay que tener en cuenta es que Jakobs es un profesor de derecho penal alemán, que se dedica (aun como profesor emérito) a escribir acerca de la dogmática del derecho penal en su parte general y especial.
La dogmática es método de estudio del derecho que parte de lo siguiente.
Objeto: la ley penal.
Método: sistemático.
