In cross-examination, Mesereau presented Gavin Arvizo with a copy of Barely Legal, asking if this was the specific edition MJ had shown him. Gavin adamantly insisted it was. Mesereau then revealed it was published in Aug 2003, 5 months AFTER the family left Neverland. #Gotcha 
But this information went almost entirely unreported, the media focusing on the boy's allegations rather than the cross examination which comprehensively undermined them. Allegations make good soundbites. Complex cross examination does not.

We only call `error_get_last()` if we're sure an error occurred. However, while the error suppression operator `@` correctly hides errors, it still calls global error handlers set via `set_error_handler()` outside our control. In result, `error_get_last()` would return null! 💥
To be safe, correct error handling for functions that may report PHP warnings requires special care: Library code needs to account for any global error handlers by setting up a temporary error handler itself using `set_error_handler()` and `restore_error_handler()` ✅ #php

So I noticed that the results the nicebrains shadowban checker returned would vary depending on the mix of uppercase and lowercase letters. I also noticed that the 'rules' in terms of what letters had to be upper or lower were constantly changing.
