#GalwanValleyFaceOff was an eye opener both for India & China. Beijing realises Indian troops will fight to finish to protect every inch of Indian territory. Chinese expansionism (salami slicing) along LAC in this form is over. India is building infrastructure & will deploy fast.
Indian army remains firm on total withdrawal & deinduction of Chinese forces. Chinese want to remain between Finger 5 & 6. Battle of nerves. But by onset of winters there should be withdrawal of Chinese forces. Some may remain. But no major mil threat. Depsang is another story.
#Modi traveled to #Ladakh to visit soldiers “injured” in #GalwanValleyFaceOff, yet not a single soldier is bandaged/monitored, there is no medical staff & the “hospital” treating them strangely has no medical equipment but does have a stage, podium & projector in recovery ward. 
Army clears up everything. It is a conference room converted to a hospital ward - they just forgot to take out A/V equipment. Soldiers are injured but not badly enough to need medical equipment. Injuries on all are underneath clothes.

Army officials say these are soldiers who received comparatively light injuries and are convalescing. “They are probably injured in different places like leg or arm or chest but are clothed so nothing can be seen.”

The Galwan Valley is an arid, inhospitable area. The area comprise of heights above altitude of 17,000 feet, which is an extremely high altitude. The flash point was, when PLA troops did not retreat from the “Structure” in the Galwan Valley.

Adding this comparison between the 9-16 of June as well that shows the camp did indeed leave some time between may & june but debris arrived instead at the same spot --- via @Reuters
18 Indian Army soldiers died in an ambush by an outlawed group 5 years ago. This group had received supplies and support from a neighbouring country, and at least some of its leaders are known to be sheltered in this same country.

The attack was claimed by United National Liberation Front of Western South East Asia (UNLFW), a group of nine militant groups led by NSCN-K and the Paresh Baruah's ULFA faction.

To those claiming 3,000 or 5,000 Chinese troops have entered Indian areas across LAC - what proof do you have? Who has counted them? And how exactly so many troops squat themselves in areas across LAC at 3-4 sites? Where's the common sense here?
