1/ 最近在玩 @prtyDAO 和 @tessera ，赶上前短时间的 partyDAO 版本升级，发生了有不少变化，之前有跟 @ylm5573 和 @duokongcrypto 交流过，这里说说自己的理解。

2/ PartyDAO 主持人发起NFT众筹，出资人投入资金（最低0.01 ETH）。
众筹时期内，如果总资金>=当前NFT地板价，主持人可以选择NFT进行购买，此Party成功；如果总资金<当前NFT地板价，此Party失败。
如果成功，出资人需要主动领取或激活凭证；如果失败，出资人需要主动赎回资金。无论哪种，都需要gas。

3/ 凭证
在 V1 中，购买成功后会将NFT自动通过 @tessera #Fractional 进行碎片化为 ERC20，出资人领取的凭证其实是碎片化后的 ERC20。
在 V2 中，购买成功后NFT默认不会做处理，由于在出资时会得到一个未激活的派对卡（NFT凭证），购买成功后可以进行激活，激活后具备治理该 Party 的效用。

Me: "I feel tremendous impostor syndrome. I feel that I'm failing and not keeping up with expectations"

Sharing experiences and vulnerabilities with like minded people was very important to me.
Suddenly I:
- Realised others have similar vulnerabilities.
- Learned how they handle them.
- Realised I'm actually doing ok.
I can only recommend people to join such "discussion forums".
