اللہ نے جو توفیق عطا کی اس کے مطابق بلوچستان کے بعد اندرون سندھ، قمبر شہداد کوٹ کا راستہ لیا اور سفر شروع کیا، حالات کی عکاسی الفاظ سے نا ممکن ہے نا ہی عکسبندی / وڈیوز / تصاویر حقیقی صورتحال کا ادراک کروا سکتی ہیں۔ اندرون سندھ ڈوبا ہوا ہے۔
اللہ نے جو توفیق عطا کی اس کے مطابق بلوچستان کے بعد اندرون سندھ، قمبر شہداد کوٹ کا راستہ لیا اور سفر شروع کیا، حالات کی عکاسی الفاظ سے نا ممکن ہے نا ہی عکسبندی / وڈیوز / تصاویر حقیقی صورتحال کا ادراک کروا سکتی ہیں۔ اندرون سندھ ڈوبا ہوا ہے۔
کراچی سے روانگی کے بعد جیسے جیسے آگے بڑھتے جائیں متاثرین بارش و سیلاب (بے یار و مددگار، بھوکے، پریشان حال) کے کاروان جگہہ جگہہ اپنا استقبال کرتے آئیں گے. ان متاثرین کو خود نہیں معلوم کہ انکی منزل کہاں ہے بس جس کا جہاں سینگ سمایا چلا جا رہا ہے۔ کوئی مددگار نہیں۔

Day 1: we are dispatched towards Taunsa by Alkhidmat (Jamaat e Islami) with one ambulance full of medicines and paramedics, and other team to Rajanpur.

Charities can't be collected until the collector of such funds is registered u/s 12 of the Act. Any person violating any provision of the Charities Act is liable to be punished with imprisonment of 15 days upto 6 months or fine of R.s 25K upto 100K. 2/4 #FloodReliefFund2022

Whenever there are floods, a faction of propagandists start propagating that #Dams are the only solution for #FloodsInPakista.
I don't possess expertise in civil engineering, but to some certainty I know dams can't mitigate #floods. Dams can only store naturally flowing waters.

Floodwaters can neither be stored in dams nor stopped. Stopping floodwaters is dangerous and multiplicate the destruction. Even, there are numerous instances when poorly built #dams collapsed due to floodwaters.
#Pakistan has the largest number of #glaciers in the world.
#FloodsInPakistan are due to #GlobalWarming coupled with poorly built infrastructure and urban planning.

We are either preachers, prosecutors or politicians. For now relief and rescue must be the main goal. Once the storm settles then utilize scientific knowledge to see what can be done better to brace this challenge.

Monsoons are the lifeblood of the subcontinent economy and ecosystem. It requires scientific investigation all the way from mountains to mangroves. Pakistan needs watershed management, disaster Risk management, afforestation and resilient infrastructure.
We need a national plan for river management, master plan the river banks, align the policies towards muncipalities bracing environmental challenges at the local level.

شہباز شریف نے سرکاری پاور پلانٹ کے لئے افغانستان سے کوئلہ ڈالر کی بجائے روپے میں خریدنے کا بیان دیا،جس سے افغان کوئلہ فی ٹن 13000 روپے مہنگا ہواافغان کوئلہ اور افریقی کوئلے کی قمیت برابر کرکے اعوان ٹریڈرز کیساتھ بیٹے کی شراکت داری کر لی،اور خوشاب پاور پلانٹ سے 72 ہزار ریٹ لیا۔1/3
جو مارکیٹ کے ریٹ سے 17 ہزار زیادہ ہے۔ اب افریقہ سے امپورٹ شروع کر دی۔بڑی سمینٹ فیکٹریوں کیساتھ بھی معاہدے کر لئے۔جس سے ان تمام فیکٹریوں نے لوکل کوئلے کی خرید بند کر دی۔جس سے نہ صرف مائن اونر متاثر ہوئے،بلکہ مقامی سپلائرز کے اربوں روپے ڈوب گئے۔2/3
ڈالرز کی قمیت اضافہ بھی اسی بنیاد پر ہوا۔ اب نیب 17ہزار فی ٹن کی تخقیقات کسے کرے گا؟ یہی شریف خاندان کا اصل چہرہ ہے۔
