It's very painful to learn that some anti-social forces prevailed on the Punjab government and didn't allow the mortal remains of Hazoori Ragi Bhai Nirmal Singh Khalsa Ji to be consigned to flames at the cremation ground at Verka. 1/3 
I strongly appeal to the CM @capt_amarinder to intervene & ensure such incidents aren't allowed to occur in Punjab. Such acts are against the spirit of humanity & communal brotherhood and have the capacity to spiral out of control & result in serious consequences for society. 2/3
Those responsible for locking the Verka cremation ground must be taken to task and proceeded against. Also a clear directive should be issued by the government that no #COVID19 victim will be discriminated and denied last rites in this manner. 3/3
