That’s it, nothing more. I don’t even pay attention to what the opposition is doing which is what people seem to get hung upon and confuses the situation. The reasons for not paying attention to the opposition are simple, it will always be different in every match so instead of… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

Been talking about Fernando Diniz's Fluminense today and it's made me want to finish something I started writing a few weeks ago. #FM23 #FootballManager twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
This was just based on one specific match. But Fernando Diniz tactics are quite complex. He often changes the shape, roles or personnel. So it's hard to pin down a specific tactic. Biliyorsunuz ki genellikle ülkelerin iyi olan genç oyuncuları önce milli takımların U19'una, daha sonra U20 vs gibi sırayla yükselerek A milli seviyesine ulaşıyor. İşte bizim aradığımız oyuncular tamda burada.

One thing that Baldwin provides which is such a weapon is his long passing. I know we overused the diagonal to Nemane early on this season, but it’s such an effective move, and having Aden back in the side makes it possible to bypass the opposition press with ease
Nemane got quite a bit of criticism online but I thought he was a real threat down the right, and the battle v Bridge was fascinating. Here he gets in behind, causing them all sorts of issues, but it’s a shame that Scott couldn’t get good contact; his movement was superb

First one up and I think they’ve got it absolutely spot on. Only thing is rushing out, perhaps could be a little higher but that’s only this season so understandable. Love the communication being high and the physicals are accurate too. Great start

Can’t really comment on this one too much as we’ve only seen him against Coalville. Think the Aerial Reach is good as he’s absolutely huge altho 6ft3 is not correct; he’s way taller than that!! Got great potential in game
