1.) @DefenceMinIndia and Three Chiefs. Shortage of medicines in ECHS Clinics. Approx. 40% of prescribed medicines are available in the ECHS Clinics. The present procedure of asking the ECHS Members to buy the non-available prescribed medicines and claim the refund is tedious, 
2.) cumbersome and takes approximately 4 months to get the claim money and is not the preferred options by the ECHS Members. Instead, the OIC ECHS Clinics be directed to Local Purchase the non-available medicines and provide to the ECHS members.
