With:
A: 5 lbs of Red or White Potatoes
B: 5 or 6 large Vidalia Onions
C: 5-10 green chillies
D: Seasoning items: Mustard, Cumin seeds, Urad dal, Red chillies

E: Ginger, Curry leaves & finely chopped coriander, lemon juice, yellow (turmeric powder)
Process:
1.Cut potatoes in half and place it in large pot of hot water
2.While potatoes are cooking, cut onions (not too small)
3.Chop green chillies & ginger

దీనిని దోశ, దోసె, దోసై, అట్టు అని కూడా ప్రాంతాల వారిగా అంటూ ఉంటారు. అంతేకాదు అట్లకోసం ఒక పండుగ కూడా ఉంది. అదే అట్ల తద్ది.అట్ల కొరకు నోములు కూడా చేస్తారు. కన్నెపిల్లలు మంచి భర్త రావాలని కోరుతూ ఈ నోము చేస్తారు. వివాహము అయిన తరువాత ఈ నోము తప్పక తీర్చుకోవడం కొంత మందిలో
ఆనవాయితీగా వస్తుంది. స్త్రీలు అట్లతద్ది నాడు శుచిగా అట్లు పోసి వాటి మధ్య పప్పు, బెల్లం, నెయ్యి ఉంచి ఇంటి సింహద్వారం పూజించి అట్లను నైవేద్యంగా ఉంచి నమస్కరిస్తారు.
