1/ Dans ce tableau sombre, on identifie un avion, des bombes, une explosion et un visage meurtri. Ces éléments et le titre du tableau nous amènent logiquement à penser aux bombardements nucléaires d’Hiroshima et Nagasaki d’aout 1945 qui ont fortement marqué Salvador Dali.
2/ Mais, en regardant de plus près, il ne s’agit pas du tout d’une représentation réaliste de ces événements : on ne trouve pas de « champignon atomique » et l’avion semble plutôt lâcher des bombes « classiques ».

Probablemente el autor que más ha influido el cine de #Almodóvar son las obras de Edward #Hopper. Encontramos muchas escenas inspiradas en sus cuadros.
No hablamos de algún homenaje puntual: estamos hablando que en casi todas las películas de #Almodóvar hay alguna toma o escena que recrea una obra de #Hopper.
Giorgio #DeChirico (1888-1978) es un pintor italiano de origen griego. Su periodo metafísico es el que le aporta el mayor reconocimiento, siendo así el precursor del movimiento artístico surrealista. #ArtistasArtenea @arteneaUCM
Estudió arte en Atenas, donde se tuvo que mudar a consecuencia del trabajo de ferroviario de su padre. El ferrocarril está representado en muchas de sus obras como un elemento nostálgico, debido a la trágica muerte de su progenitor.
Posteriormente, se trasladó a Munich donde se introdujo en el mundo artístico alemán. Es ahí donde se empapa de las obras filosóficas de Freud, Nietzsche y Schopenhauer; a la vez que estudia a los pintores Arnold Böcklin y Max Klinger.
