👉🏼Need clear liquids 24 hrs+
(longer if bad preps)
Stock up:
🥤Juice (apple/white grape)
🥤Non-fatty broth
🥤Jello, popsicles (no red)
🥤Sports drinks
🥤Coffee, tea
*also wet wipes* (later)
A “fav” of mine:
👉🏼Bone broth w/protein
👉🏼Need clear liquids 24 hrs+
(longer if bad preps)
