Um eine verlässliche Aussage über eine Grundgesamtheit treffen zu können, muss eine Stichprobe die Grundgesamtheit in allen Merkmalen & deren Kombinationen repräsentieren.
Das ist bei einer diversen Gruppe wie den Pflegenden durch eine offene Onlinebefragung nicht gegeben.
