2/ On May 22, 2010, Bitcoin enthusiast Laszlo Hanyecz posted online a receipt of the first documented purchase of goods in Bitcoin: two pizzas for 10,000 Bitcoin, the equivalent of US$41 at the time.

@TrueQanuck11 @JayBoo1980 Yes, today is #BitcoinPizzaDay. I always thought the story was relatively benign in that at one point someone spent 10000 bitcoins on a Papa John's Pizza or whatever to trigger adoption. However benign then(?), definitely double meaning now.(Even "Papa John's" sounds suspect!!)
@TrueQanuck11 @JayBoo1980 The (somewhat) good thing is that Bitcoin is not completely anonymous, it's traceable. However those damn pizza delivery people have 1000 different ways to get around that.

@TrueQanuck11 @JayBoo1980 P.S. 10000 bitcoins at the time was only worth ~$10.00-$15.00, but the story has carried on through time due to its current value. However I am quite sure it's a different kind of holiday for Jack n friends...😡😡
