Today’s anti-racism protest in Parliament Square was such a beautiful, peaceful gathering of people remembering the names of #GeorgeFlyod, #BreonnaTayor, #BellyMujinga, #markduggan and too many other who have been brutally killed by sistemic racism.
People kneeled, chanted, sung. They called on the Uk to stop exporting arms to the USA, to decolonize British curricula, to end the disproportionate use of stop and search on BAME communities
They called on ordinary people to become anti-racist. Non being racist is not enough

Re: the above tweet: I almost didn't want to share that because there are so many levels on which it is horrifying. To know that your spit is a murder weapon, and then to seek out someone who has to serve you to pay their bills, and then degrade them as you kill them: no words.
