1/On Friday. Dec. 23, Judge Ryu granted a preliminary injunction to stop #SanFrancisco from enforcing ordinances that prohibit involuntarily homeless individuals from sitting, lying, or sleeping on public property. However, this does not mean #sweeps will cease completely.
2/The ruling, โdoes not prevent the city from enforcing laws against public nuisance, protecting accessibility and sidewalk path of travel, or abating unsanitary conditions.โ

Speaking of mass robberies in the Bay Areaโฆa family-owned jewelry shop in Oaklandโs Chinatown was targeted around 1:40AM.
The owner tells me about a dozen people were seen on surveillance trying to break in.

Fine particulate matter or โPM2.5โ are tiny particles suspended in the air that much smaller than the width of a human hair. When you breathe these particles enter your respiratory tract and end up in your lungs.
These last California wildfires have burned homes/buildings, as well as vegetation. That means the PM2.5 in the air most likely contains little bits of aerosolized electronics, rubber, plastic, asbestos, etc. That's what you could be breathing in. Nasty stuff!
