A mediados del 2016 fui citado por una ejecutiva del BOD para una propuesta:
Una opción para abrir una cuenta desde Venezuela en el banco Orinoco de Curazao, pues en ese entonces otros bancos como el mercantil y banesco ya ofrecían ese servicio de cuentas offshore.

Gracias a mi antiguo trabajo yo viajaba frecuentemente a los EE.UU y ya tenía una cuenta bancaria allá, también tenía otra con el mercantil bank y además también viajaba frecuentemente a Curazao, por lo que si quería una cuenta en esa isla podía ir directo a un banco allá.
