Following initial refusals @HayteratLords offered live on air on @BBCWomansHour to take a larger stand when told that smaller stands were taken.
But then on 27 July the party's Business Board ruled our application should be rejected "on commercial grounds"

Stonewall's statement after today's judgment is very revealing.
1. It admits to "going above and beyond the legal minimum" for one group. But Public Sector Equality Duty means having "due regard" for ALL protected groups.

2. "Our Diversity Champions programme supports employers to make their workplaces inclusive and supportive of LGBTQ+ employees."
'LGBTQ+' is not a protected characteristic under the Equality Act but employers are advised to be inclusive of an undefined 'Q+' group of people.
Likewise they extend the ban on conversion practices to protect "all LGBTQ+ people." What does this mean? Who does this group include? The proposed government ban on conversion practices never included 'Q+' people.

1/The Employment Tribunal found that Garden Court Chambers discriminated against me because of my gender critical belief when it published a statement that I was under investigation & in upholding Stonewall’s complaint against me.

2/The ET further found that GCC also victimised me by upholding the Stonewall Complaint because of my protected act: tweeting against the idea of the ‘Cotton Ceiling’ & about the appalling levels of fear and intimidation driving the Stonewall self ID agenda.

3/In doing so the tribunal held that my protected gender critical belief also included the belief that "gender identity theory as proselytised by Stonewall is severely detrimental" to women, and to lesbians.
