1) Intéressant. La #CourSuprême refuse de reconsidérer 1 règlement municipal de #NewYork sur le transport des armes à feu, car la ville a eu la malice de retirer l'interdiction stricte il y a 1 an...pour éviter que la Cour ne libéralise le transport des armes dans tout le pays.
2) Et ça a marché. La #CourSuprême a majoritairement décidé aujourd'hui que l'appel n'avait plus lieu d'être, Roberts ET Kavanaugh- à son corps défendant pour ce dernier- se joignant aux juges libéraux. Mais les 3 conservateurs de choc (Alito, Gorsuch, Thomas) sont fumasses.
3) Dans 1 opinion de"désaccord"(dissent), le juge conservateur #Alito affirme que NYC a "volé" à la #CourSuprême le droit de juger sur les #armes par leur manoeuvre ET suggère que le bloc conservateur élargisse au plus vite la jurisprudence Heller de 2008.supremecourt.gov/opinions/19pdf…
