Hon`ble Justice Mr.Sathyanarayana in the hearing of case against #arrear exam, observed that court can only comply with the norms of statutory body like #UGC & #AICTE. The stand of #AICTE is clear that they are not ready to accept the decision of Taminadu government. /1
#UGC will also not accept the decision to cancel the exam. At this pace we can expect the verdict from High court either in the the first or second week of December. That is a very long period of time. By that time even the next semester exams would end. /2
Arrear exam cancellation announcement is a big hoax played by TN CM Mr. EPS @CMOTamilNadu. He has put the future & life of students at risk. This clearly shows his incompetence & one of many decisions that his govt reversed during the #Covid crisis. /3

In his plea he claims that TN govt has violated the guidelines of #UGC & #AICTE and also opposes TN govt`s decision on the grounds that it would deteriorate the standard of higher education in the state . The case is not listed for hearing on Monday. /2
In the final year students case against UGC in Supreme Court, even before hearing began I said that the plea of Maharashtra govt is the only valid prayer, as it has invoked Disaster Management Act. Hon`ble judges also raised this crux question whether DMA could override UGC?. /3
