• In Delhi HC, CBI had clearly stated that they have ample of evidence to prove the charges leveled against then Telecom Min A. RAJA and others.
• The Evidence placed by CBI was disregarded by the Trial court while acquitting the accused. 2/5

Delhi High Court will shortly begin the hearing in the case concerning CBI's leave to appeal in the 2G spectrum case.
